How To Disable Investa Subscribe To Receive Our Latest Blog Posts

In Investa template the Blog page have a Subscription block under the page see link in hidden content, where can I disable this block since I do not want to use this functionality.

In Joomla Admin > Module Manager find SPPB module published at the bottom position, check it content and if it's that one - disable it.

Short other question, in the blog overview page (see link in hidden content) when no special articles are present, No item found! is displayed.
In the menu item i specific have do not show special articles as option, how can i get ride of the No item found! and have a normal page header here with just the word News or Blog?
