Backend-Editing The Footer-modul In Investa Template Leads To Constantly Loading. No Editing is Possible.

Hi, as described in the subject, I can't edit the footer-modul (Investa). It leads to continous loading the page and there is no editing possible. Using another browser didn't solve the issue. Could you please help. Thanks and regards, Walter

Accepted AnswerHi, I restored the site from a backup 3 days ago. Everything works. Trying to edit the Menu Button worked an it showed the Pagebuilder features. Changing the language and editing again led to the same problem. I restored the site again. Tried to create a new modul "Menu Botton DE"... in Position "Menu" worked. Trying to edit the modul led to the same issue. Maybe this helps in finding the problem. Regards, Walter

Accepted AnswerHello Mehtaz, thank you for your reply a week ago. Feel free to take as much time as you like. In the meantime, the order to which the template was attached has been withdrawn from me. It just took too long for the client. This is now the second time that I use a template from Joomshaper. With Yoga, which I wanted to use two years ago, it went similarly. The problems could not be solved and I resorted to another one - not from Joomshaper. Maybe you understand that I hesitate with a view to the future whether it is worth to work with Joomshaper templates at all. In my opinion, the provided templates should not be tested again immediately after the release, but should be subjected to appropriate endurance tests before the release. Then the customer does not have to risk a belly landing if he wants to work with it professionally. Yours sincerely. Walter Kafritsas
