FontBook Max_size_limit Exceeded

Hey there,
I tried to upload a webfont-package into FontBook and always get the message: max_size_limit exceeded.
I´m pretty sure to have done everything like it is described in the documentation. I have also got the whole thing going on other pages. Unfortunately it doesnt work on this one.

yes, you made correct steps, and even I couldn't upload file that I had created for my YT video tutorials.
This may help:
In cPanel > PHP settings please change value for: Memory Limit
now you have "-1" unlimited
please set 512M or 256M or more.
Save changed settings, reset server (not needed), wait 5min and try again Font Book.

Unfortunately my provider doesnt offer cpanel.
What I tried is to set the Memory Limit over the php.ini. when I check https://stage.buchholz-guss.de/phpinfo.php it says memory_limit 512 but when I check the PHP-Settings in Joomla Backend it still says -1.
Any idea what I can do?

webhoster changed memory limit to 912 and fortunately fontbook works again like a charm.

Accepted AnswerThe problem is with memory detection, script thinks that when is "negative" value - there is no possibility to upload a file. This same was in Helix Ultimate for Logo upload - and I combined the facts that it could be similar here.
