404 Error Trying To View The Front Page Editor

Good day. I just added Sp Page Builder (V5) to a new site I'm trying to edit. I get this error when I try to edit in the front end.
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
This is the URL I'm trying to edit.
https://www.thanesbigt.ca/2024/component/sppagebuilder/edit/2
Any ideas?

Accepted AnswerI started from scratch and didn't use on mod I think caused the issue. So far so good.
