Network Buttons Not Blank In The Qubic Template

Good morning, I have a problem with the social network buttons in the footer of the Qubic template. https://prnt.sc/PCn3CEab-2gb When I click on one of the buttons, the link opens in the same window and I would like it to open in a new window so people don't leave the site. I searched in the code and on social.php I found the social links where the target="_blank" is clearly indicated: if( $facebook ) { $html .= '<li><a target="_blank" href="'. $facebook .'"><i class="fa fa-facebook"></i></a></li>' ; } And I can't find code anywhere else about these buttons being able to be changed.
