1. Both URLs that you shared are that same, so I don't see metioned differences.

2. In general it's Joomla thing, how assignation works, it's from Joomla Core. We made only template, and works on that same level as Cassiopeia.

3. For Joomla 3 there was extension "Advanced Template Manager" (RegularLabs) that allowed you to chose different template assignation associated with: selected extension view, browser, mobile view etc. Unfortunately, but there is no longer a version for Joomla 4. Also I guess you are doomed to the default Joomla properties.

4. If I can suggest something: maybe it's better to customize colors using custom.css file, I think it offers a lot of possibilities, and is more robust.

5. Remember that each template style (also template clone) in Template Options > Advanced tab - may have enabled Compile SCSS to CSS - that has to be ON/OFF (Save) - that may cause color problems.

I didn't realise that about Compile SCSS to CSS. I have now disabled it in my template and other versions.

In my case, to fix the issue, I needed to edit the component css file for OSProperty which was the frontendstyle.css (the custom.css or override.css didn't work in this isntance).
