Frontend editing as "editor" (ACL)

Can I allow other users to access the Frontend Editor? Possibly only for certain pages?
On my site (wsba.de) frontend editing only works as SuperUser. Can you help me please?

Yes, you can manage permission or access level from the global configuration of the component.
