Frontend Editor: Restrict Editing Options

Hey there,

is it possible to restrict the editing options in the frontend for certain user groups?

I want to give my texter the oportunity to edit text directly inside the layout without confusing him with all the detailed options in the left sidebar. (and to prevent him from destroying the layout by accident).

This my be more an helix issue.

Hello Ben

You can restrict front end edit option for specific user groups in the permission settings on each SP Page Builder page.

Hey there,

thanks for your quick replies.

I want to enable a certain user group to edit the content in the frontend without gving them the whole set of options.

Best case would be that the user can edit the green highlighted area but is not able to edit anything in the red highlighted area (see screenshot)
