in Raw HTML addon as it names says, you can use only classic HTML, no JavaScript code (!). We informed about that 100x times, also on documenation, component itself and forum ;/
What you have now is broken page, remove custom code and use it using extra module - then Module addon, and then all will be OK. If you cannot edit module anymore, delete that module and start again. On JED find modules that allow you to use Custom Code (JS) inside.
