Using the "melvin" template I'm trying to insert an image in the bottom position.

I went to shaper_melvi layout, clicked on the bottom section and from the settings there is the possibility of adding a background photo in "image background"

After uploading the image I cannot find the save or insert button. I attach a photo

Hi Massimiliano,

Sorry for your experience.

Would you please give me a screencast and your site URL to check which background image are you talking about?

Best Regards

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response.

I have logged in to your backend and you are using PHP version 8.2 there.

Unfortunately, the Melvin template is not compatible with PHP 8.x. yet.

Kindly use PHP 7.4 or lower there and try again to upload images in the background. Hopefully you will succeed this time.

Best Regards
