Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Would you please give me your admin access to check the issue for you?

Please keep a full site backup before giving the access.

Best Regards

Thank you. It's in the page called "Science", in the hidden section called "Caroussel".

By the way, the same error displays when I insert an image on the Mathematics Department page (currently unpublished).

This is the second thread I am not receiving support on. Has Joomshaper stopped providing support to its paying customers?

Hi,

I'm really really sorry for the inconvenience.

I have tried to edit this file but could not: /templates/shaper_educon/sppagebuilder/addons/carouselpro/site.php

https://prnt.sc/EC8_Lnzf4BcF

https://prnt.sc/DBcaUl4LuDaI

It seems file permissions are not right there. Would you please check?

Moreover, I have tried to rename the site.php file also but there was no way. Kindly, try it from your FTP and let me know. you may ask hosting support if necessary.

Best Regards

Hello, what changes were you trying to do? If you send me the site.php file I can replace the current one with it via FTP. About permission, what should the setting be like for that particular file? Thanks

Hi,

Can you rename the file first and let me know?

Moreover, the file is not writable from my end, but it should be writable to be able to save changes. Permission value should be 777 usually.

Best Regards

Hi,

Apology again. Have you changed the credentials, please? I cannot login with the existing ones anymore.
