Problem With EasyStore License Key - Template Kreativa

Hello, I have a problem with the Kreativa Template. When I access my domain (see hidden content) for the first time in Google Chrome (after deleting the cache and closing all windows before), I receive the error message 'Please enter a valid license key and email address to use EasyStore.' The message is bottom right on the homepage of my website in a little window. However, I have entered the key correctly in the admin area for this template and SP Page Builder. When I open a new window in Google Chrome and access the site again, the message disappears.

In Firefox, the problem is more significant. At the first visit to my domain in this browser (after deleting the cache and closing all windows before), I get a 403 error: 'You don't have permission to access this. Please contact a website administrator if this is incorrect.' It's strange that my domain call is redirected to the following URL "https://xxxxxxxx.de/index.php?option=com_config&view=component&component=com_easystore"

However, when I open a new window and visit my domain again, the website loads correctly without any error.

I am experiencing the same problems also in Microsoft Edge!

I think there is a caching issue with this JoomShaper template concerning the verification of the EasyStore license key.

Please help me. Thanks

Addition: there is a similar ticket with the heading --> ALLURA TEMPLATE

new discovery: if I wait a certain amount of time in which I don't use my website (no mouse click, screen saver activated) and then refresh the website, I have the redirection again to the url https://xxxxxxx.de/index.php?option=com_config&view=component&component=com_easystore and the 403 error.

With EasyStore Version 1.0.4 the problem is solved. It's just a shame that Joomshaper support hasn't answered me until today (after 4 days). You feel left alone with your problems. Not good!
