I get it with email. I cleand the cache, not possible to see Orders. Settings also not working since yesterday.

hello Ziaul,

I followed you, because i had the same problrm I put the shipping_carriers.json in the administrator/cache, settings are now present - it works

the error "Please enter a valid license key and email address to use EasyStore." is not solved ? and if I clear cache again for other reasons, the ...json is away in administrator/cache - exists a perfect solution anyway ?

It's taking me way too much time to fix your major errors. You can do it, because everyone has this problem with easystore – unlike pagebuilder, it recognizes the user!

Hi, i have the same problem, i can't modify easystore configuration or orders. I put the file shipping_carriers.json in administrator/cache/easystore/shipping_carriers.json but nothing change. First in this directory i have payments.json and not shipping_carriers.json. What i must do ?

no, it'a a temporary solution. is the request in administrator/components/com_easystore/src/Helper/SettingsHelper.php

function getPluginSchema: search the file products/easystore/payments.json in joomshaper.com site, when function fetchContent call the file, cloudflare block the request. So i copy the file payments.json in my site and i change the url in the function. If i copy the file in: administrator/cache/easystore and reset the code, resolve just temporaly the problem, because if i clean site cache the problem return.

@Ziaul Kabir - I apreciate the Joomshaper website may be facing issues at the moment, but surely having your customer's website functionality dependant on your own website is a bit of a poor design decission?

@stuart, I agree with you 100%, and given all this inconvenience, the frustration we have with our customers, and the damage caused by Joomshaper's major flaws, we should at least get our subscription extended for half a year—for free!
