how you set the emailtemplate when you have 2 or more radiobuttons?

Accepted AnswerThe emailtemplate is that what you get, when someone fills out the form and send it to you. In my emailtemplate of the form i have for ex: (Name, Email, Phone, .....)

When you have Radio buttons, where you can choose between 2 responses/questions, how should be the code of the emailtemplate, that the information, the infilled form is sended correctly to me?
