SP - Inactive Addons

Hi,

some addons (i.e. Call to action button) are greyed out, with a "PRO"-badge. I have an active SP Pro Plan. Can you help me with that?

As I know in Melvin template we didn't override any addon, so just delete mentioned by me.

And use Addons from SPPB Pro.

You should be able to update component from SPPB Pro 4 to SPPB Pro 5 that is the most current.

Hi Mike,

Addons like Call to Action are OLD/Legacy addon from 2.x era, please do not use it anymore. Use Feature addon instead. Just during SPPB updates installer couldn't delete them.

2nd step should be:

Use FTP tool and from that folder /components/com_sppagebuidler/addons - DELETE those folders:

  • call_to_action
  • facebook_like
  • facebook_likebox
  • gplus_button
  • twitter_share

if you have them. Remove/delete physically - NOT rename!

Q: what template (full name) you have set as default?
