SP PB 5.2.1 System Editor Not Working Properly

First, the JCE editor is not visible anymore; second, only the code of the page is presented; third, even if you modify the code and click on apply the changes are not saved. This means that the system editor is not usable anymore and became useless. The system editor availble on the previous release of SP PB was perfect, please reintroduce it again. Guy
