Instantiate Plugin OnExtensionAfterSave When Saving The Template

Saving the template is done using the helixultimate plugin and at the same time it deletes part of the cache.
I think it is also necessary to instantiate the cache clearing of other plugins with the save, calling the function "public function onExtensionAfterSave($context, $table, $isNew) {}" necessary to clear any other added extension.
Any extension must perform this step to avoid problems with other extensions, in this case cache.
