EasyStore: PLEASE Add A Bulk Way To Add All Countries And/or Allow Us To Create Our Own Shipping Zones

Hello,

It seems that in EasyStore 1.0.5, you have to select every single country manually which is multiple steps x 200+ countries to be able to cover the world...

Add a way to Bulk Add countries of even better yet a way for us to define our own custom Shipping Zones !

Like, I would create a custom Europe shipping zone... [where we can add the European Countries ourselves and I'd add Switzerland even if technically it's not part of the EU]

Currently, it is an insanely long process to add all countries...

ALSO, with the ultra limited capabilities and the high number of issues with EasyStore as it is so recent, you guys should be coming out with a new version every week or every 2 weeks max like clockwork! AND you should not only have a clear roadmap that is PUBLIC but a detailed one as well. It is important for those of us trying to use and support JoomShaper.

[The lack of transparency is highly disappointing and not professional - you can do way better - we believe in you but show us with action not words].

Thanks,

E.

Europe has only 47 countries, they are quickly added, +1 for Switzerland = 48 :P

And what do you mean by limited functions? The component is called EASYStore and not SUPERStore ;) Since its release, new versions have been published every week. It is normal for a component not to run smoothly straight away at the beginning, although it has to be said that EasyStore runs quite reliably. It is an excellent piece of work and the community has already contributed one or two pieces of advice that have been taken into consideration.

And please don't rant in every post, but perhaps read the documentation and use the forum's search function. Many of your questions will solve themselves.

best regards

Hi Martin,

I'm happy you are willing to defend EasyStore even if you are incorrect ;) ... the way EasyStore is built at the moment, it's not just 48 clicks, it's 240 clicks to add 48 countries (5+ clicks to add 1 country) so that's why it needs an easy bulk feature to create our own 'zones/combinations of countries etc'

As mentioned in another reply that I just wrote to you... EasyStore is far from perfect and it's allowed to say that too... doesn't change the fact that I like JoomShaper, but when you create software that you charge for you have a responsability.

I'm happy that you find EasyStore without issues... and both the forums + the documentation do not come close to have all of the answers sadly... (wish they did, would save me tons of time [and let's not talk about Nia lol)... sort of normal for a new software... but please don't tell me that this is great software or normal... a commercial software - one we pay for, should have a minimum level of quality, bug-free nature etc... this should have been released as beta or alpha software then we would have been better prepared to how this software was and as noted in another message, that doesn't change the fact that they should have a public roadmap to let us know what features are coming when... (and no they haven't released a version every week but that's a small detail in the big picture) :)

Even at v1.0.5, there are plenty of issues, bugs etc...

My current fun one is the editor on the product page that is looping - [I've posted about it after not finding a solution in the forums or elsewhere on the net].

https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/29394

Have to clear cache and reload 3-5 times for it to 'stick' and work normally [or go into phpmyadmin to edit the text :/]

Have a great rest of your weekend.

Your video probably has nothing to do with EasyStore, but rather with your site or provider. Because I can't reproduce your error on ALL my pages. Nothing is known from the community either - at least I haven't noticed anything.

Maybe you should install EasyShop again, delete all database entries and install it again.

I won't comment on anything else, because it's your subjective opinion ;)

Hello Eleanora

I have shared your feedback with the developement team. They will investigate and bring the feature if found appropriate for all.
