EasyStore - Product Information is Appearing On FrontEnd Isn't Anywhere In The Backend?!

Hello again,
I have things appearing at the Product Level when navigating the front end that do not appear anywhere in the backend... as options that I have chosen or text for that product?!
- SKU, I have no SKU data in the Backend but it is showing SKU: ?!
- Social Shares... no where did I turn on or allow that to appear but it is showing up?!
- My product description in a 1 line description in Italian but this is showing some default text I never wrote...
- There is a section below called Product Description which for some reason is different in Lorem Ipsum which I can't seem to configure in the backend and isn't even in the phpmyadmin for this product ?!
WHAT THE H&!@# ?!?
This is honestly not even Alpha ready software... and I have to waste my time writing yet another ticket...

It also saves you having to write tickets! So be friendly and you will certainly be helped.

When I first started using EasyStore, the documentation wasn't all there so I guess I didn't recheck it - but that doesn't change the fact that for paid software this is still quite buggy, Alpha-level and should have been released more mature :)
