Hello JoomShaper,

Yet another error / issue in EasyStore 1.0.5, this time under Settings --> Languages.

Blank screen after quick spinning circle...

under Console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () xyzdomainname.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easystore&task=/api.languages&_method=get

Please fix as soon as possible and do better QA.

Cheers,

E.

Hi Toufiq,

Thank you for such a responsible and kind reply.

I have shared in the hidden content section the username/passwords for both Joomla and FTP in case that is needed.

Sincerely,

E.

Contact your hosting provider to enable the allow_url_fopen.

Hello Toufiq,

Thanks for the reply but as allow_url_fopen is considered by some insecure in comparison to a curl approach, and the fact that none of the other Joomla websites have ever needed this, I am hesitant to turn on that option.

allow_url_fopen from what I read is about loading data from remote URLs, why is remote data loading for a language settings tab and where is the data coming from? [sorry, the security demon in me is curious].

Sincerely,

E.
