Konstra-Template v1.3 is Nov 2019. And you should have at least Version 2.0.0 from Sep 2021.

Why you forgot to update such a important thing as Joomla Template?

You are Software company, c'mon.

On your place I would:

1. Update template BEFORE Joomla upgrade.
2. Also enabling showing errors to Maxium + Debug Mode (Global Configuration)
3. I hope you've read SPPB documenation to know that support of SPPB 3.x ended. But it should work in J4.4.
4. Only Joomla Debugger can show you more details about error if you have all files from SPPB.

ok. to clarify, we want not an partical update. we start with Joomla v3.10.12 with PageBuilder v3.8.10 and Konstra-Template v1.3 and at the end we would like to have latest joomla (or at least j4), pagebuilder, template, .... what is in this case the correct way to do this? because currently we will end every try in the following error: Failed opening required 'PATH_TO_JOOMLA/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder/classes/base.php' (include_path='.:/opt/plesk/php/8.0/share/pear')

steps we did:

• remove every extension which is not compatible with j4
• update template to latest version
• update joomla to version 4
• update page builder to latest 4.x

this works everything fine but then

• update page builder to latest 5.x we get the error

is konstra not compatible with page builder 5? and if so are there plans to release a new version which is compatible?
