Hi there,

Just upgraded to SP Pagebuilder v5.2.4 and EasyStore 1.0.6 and now have this on my homepage:

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 53

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 54

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 55

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 56

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 57

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 53

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 54

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 55

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 56

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$carousel_margin in /home/mywebsitename/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/clients/site.php on line 57

Except that I don't have a single Carousel addon on the homepage that I can see ;(

I know you are probably going to tell me to 'Hide' these via Global Configuration --> System Default or None but that's not a solution, that's just hiding the issue under the carpet. I currently have Error Reporting set to: Simple.

HELP?!

Thanks,

E.

Hi Eleanora,

in last update we didn't change anything (as I know, but I may be wrong) in Clients addon.

It looks like that you used wrong value in margin field. Please check addon settings, margin options. And maybe remove used values, save and check again.

Margin options are in "General" tab > Top Margin and Botom Margin - settings for different views (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet).

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the reply... there should NOT be a situation where a user is able to enter wrong values, SP PageBuilder should format/regex/filter/validate whatever term you want to use the values so that you can't save until they are correct.

Now, I have to go and check hundreds of values because this check does not exist ;(

Please add validation to all fields that can/need to have it.

Cheers,

E.

P.S.: 1. I don't think I have any such wrong values but will check and 2. I have not changed any values on the homepage in 3 versions of SP PageBuilder so this should have popped up way earlier, right?

As expected, I just went through the entire homepage in Italian [also occurring on the English version], and no 'wrong values' - 98% of them are blank and a few are whole positive numbers...

I also checked for - values in Padding areas and many other things that were not "General" tab > Top Margin and Botom Margin - for each of the 5 views just in case...

So, that's not the issue please fix it :)

Cheers,

E.

Can you export that page where you have "error message", zip it, and share link to it, I will check on my site.

On my demo I couldn't reproduce that error that's why I need your page to check and tell something constructive.

Hi, on my site the site carousel also stoped working. I can see all 5 pictures at the same time stacked vertical.

Greetings Peter

Hi Paul, I am having the same problem in Joomla 4.4.1 and SP Page Builder 4.2.5, the carousel now shows the images stacked vertically. https://studio56.es/colecciones/cocinas-abiertas-al-salon

Hi @davelia and @pjoas,

I am not having a carousel issue [at least not that I know of] as I don't even have the carousel item on my front page [the page where I am having these errors messages] or at least not the type of issue that you seem to be having - ( probably get faster response if you guys have a separate question - best of luck).

Cheers,

E.

@Eleanora, indeed - settings are OK, it's site.php code bug somehow.

Please:

  1. Download zip file: site.zip
  2. Unzip it
  3. Using FTP upload & override current file here: components\com_sppagebuilder\addons\clients\site.php

and should be without error anymore, I hope in next update it will be fixed. Hole hand on changelog.

I removed few lines from addon code, so this is temporray fix.
