Hi all, hope you had a nice Christmas.

I'm using the Floox template in several projects, and regarding the new joomla updates, its required to upgrade the php version to 8.1, witch gives me an 500 error message and the website down.

Can you please provide-me some prevision about this template updates in order to get the update of joomla and other components?

Kind regards, Luís

Hi João,

Floox runs smoothly with PHP8.2 and J5.

Have all components been updated? Template to version 2.0? You can install the quickinstall of Floox and upgrade, then you can exclude provider settings.

Hi Martin, thanks for your quick reply.

Apparently there is something wrong with this, It was working regularly and receiving the updates since the beggining until now.

The website is with the template 2.0 installed, and with all the extensions updated, but is requiring the joomla update for 4.4.1, and everythime I start doing that, It gives me the "500 error" Screens: https://ibb.co/zQvkQGx https://ibb.co/LxmNV7z https://ibb.co/5cjn25S https://ibb.co/wWrXV8Y

Regarding the J5 for this template are you sure? in the template page is not mentioned that, and I'm still waiting for multiple projects: https://ibb.co/yR3DdFb

I've shared the access in private message.

Take a look here: https://prnt.sc/Rd_3cQwDJDaN ;) ;) ;) This is the pure Quickinstall without any further changes.

I know of at least 11 templates that run under J5, but are not yet specified by JoomShaper. And there are certainly a few more... ;)

Back to your issue:

Deactivate all third-party components. It could be related to "Convert forms". But I'm not a JS support employee, just a friendly user ;) The support can take a look at your backend. :)

Oh okok Martin, I thought you were from the support team.

Thanks for the post and your opinion on this. Can you please tell me how do we put the backoffice 5.0.1 looking as you shared, without the blacked appearance?

I've got this on other project and it looked strange but I cant find where to change

Unfortunately, there is currently no official way to deactivate dark mode in Joomla. The setting is automatically adopted by the browser.

However, there is a small workaround, in German and English. Maybe this will help you.

Hi there!

Thanks for contacting us.

Yes, the floox template is not officially compatible with Joomla 5 yet. Untill the next template update it is better to use Joomla 4 and PHP 8.0 maximum.

Best Regards
