So that JoomShaper or someone from the community like myself can try to see if they can help, you need to provide more information so we can try to understand what could be causing the issue:

What is your Joomla version? What is your PHP version? What is your MySQL version? What is your SP PageBuilder version? What is your Template and its version number?

And also give context, did it used to work fine but started misbehaving when you upgraded SP PageBuilder or Joomla version? or any othe details that can give us a hint/clue.

Also, Have you cleared Joomla cache and browser cache, cookies and Local Storage and re-logged in and checked?
