I copyed the Key again in the field of the Extensions option (in contrast to the license field in SPPagebuilder). Exactly the same content with just paste and it works now. (same thing as with the OpenAI-field). No idea why but i works now. Case closed

I fear the problem is not solved I have the problem not only there but in all the pagebuildersettings. I tried to add a license in a new website and had the same problems. Sometimes later (a day) it works.

Same problem when i try to save Infos in SPPagebulder settings like OpenAIAPI-Key or anything else. I save- get the massage "Settign saved successfully" and even when i go to "Color Library" the and return to "option" all entered data is lost. Sometimes after 50+ tries it works. Since noone else seams to have that problem, its obviously not a general SPPB problem. Any idea where to look?

I have the same problem. No solution yet, either. For me, it occurred after license renewal (Agency) and update to EasyStore. Regards.
