Change Topmenu Button And Picture In Footer

I have created this site: cykeltest.dk - I have searched all over for the locaton to change the button in the top right corner called "get in touch".

Same as for the footer - I cant find where to change that picture.

Sorry for the unwanted delay!

You have modules for your menu right position and bottom1 position, where you can edit the 'Get in Touch' and the bottom image respectively.
