Thank you for reaching out. The Nuron template used a component for medical. If you want to make an individual page for the doctor then have to create an article or page builder page with your content. Cause, You can't grab the data from the medical component to use your article or page builder.

can I make this article to special doctor so no one can edit it?? I mean the author of the page can edit it only

If I may....

Indeed our component has only common administrator editor, it was not built as each doctor page profile editor.

For you purpose I suggest those options:

1. Suggested by Toufiq, based on Articles, then you can use Joomla ACL, or
2. external directory/catalog component (premium), or
3. Custom component (but too expensive) or
4. SP Medical code customization (less expensive than 3).

then each doctor can have its own profile page, and will be able to edit only his page.

I do not hide the fact that (2 or 1) will require a few(a dozen) hours of work, but in the end it will be a very flexible solution. And over a longer period of time, you will definitely find that this will allow you to add new fields or payment for highlighting a doctor on the list.
