Error when i try to save any data in joomla (i.e. save global config)

Hi!

It´s working, but now, i'm getting the message: Support has ended for your version of Joomla 3.10. Migrate to Joomla 4 as soon as possible.

I need to know if all my joomshaper themes and modules are compatible with Joomla 4, so i can migrate.
