Hello Jordan

Please share a screenshot of your issue to understand it better. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur. Also, turn off multi-factor authentication to check your site.

Best regards

I have logged in to your site but admin looks like this:

prnt.sc/dQrOWvZgh-Wk

Please try this solution.

Comment this line of code from .htaccess file

#Header append Content-Encoding gzip

Hi Ofi,

I commented the line of code in .htaccess with '#Header append Content-Encoding gzip'

But it didn't make a difference. And it seems to have broken the styling of the Joomla backend. I'm wondering if I put the code in the correct line? I've highlighted it in the screenshot:

Sorry, I can't check your file directory. I have tried with FileZilla app.

Sorry, let me try sending each line of the FTP credentials again. I was able to connect with them again. Here it is:

I have tried your site backup on our test server. It shows th slideshow with SSL on. Please talk to your hosting provider about this. I have shared the admin credentials in the hidden content. You can also check it.
