I have been having trouble with in-page links using Helix Template and SP Page Builder on mobile devices.

For some reason, unclear on which devices but particularly on iPhones, when I click on a button or menu link which is supposed to scroll to a linked section the scrolling is interrupted. This happens only on mobile devices. This leads to the user having to click multiple times on the link to arrive at the section which should not happen. I suspect that this happens because on some devices the browser Adress bar appears or disappears when you start scrolling. Whenever this happens the current screen height changes and seems to interrupt the scrolling and not arriving at the designated section.

Is this issue known and is there any fix to it?
