We have purchased SP Page Builder with Template. We have download the "Shopin" tempalte at: https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/shopin

we have sucessed installed & config it to Joomla 3.9, however without provide database password during the database configuration pages.

Problem: The tempalte installed at Joomla 3.9 (& the website ) cannot being access after we provide a password at phpMyadmin .

Is there additional control by SP pager Builder & template side ? Thanks, Calvin
