Hi

It looks like emails are not being sent to administrators when a new order is placed.

Emails are being sent to customers fine though.

Have you updated to the latest EasyStore version. We have included an admin notification feature on the new version. Please check this out:

Both the admin and customer will get an email as set in the Order Confirmation Email template after confirming or placing an order. Find more information here:

Where do I add the email address for the admin(s) that will receive the order notifications.

Or, should it go to all Joomla admins? or do I set this somewhere else?
