Hello, Is it possible to do this with form builder? you have a choice of 2 items. When I choose choice 1, there is a different choice than if I choose 2. Option 1 gives you 2 options and you have to choose 1 of them again. At the end you must fill in and send your details.
this is an example click on a picture etc. it is in Dutch

I think you are asking for conditional selections, but this is not available in the form builder addon. Sorry about that.

indeed for that you need, for example, Convert Form extension (tassos.gr).
Later its module you can use inside SPPB (Module addon).
