Is there some way in SP Page builder to have a image and on rollover or hover it turns into a new image and also links to a page? I need to create what looks like a button but is actually an image. The image overlay tool is not what I am looking for.

When you hover over the Easy Autobody Repair button it turns from red to green. On click it links to the Conact Page.
