Use this CSS in your custom.css file

.logo-image {
    height: 70px !important;
}

Hey Atlas, thanks for your reply. I already edit the logo in the way you mentioned. The problem is it is way too small and there is no gui option to adjust the padding. Therefore i was asking for a custom css.
