Reduce The Number Of CSS Files And JavaScript Files

I work with Helix Ultimate and SPPB 5.2.9.

Now the SEO tools say that I should reduce the number of CSS files and JavaScript files.

How do I do that with this configuration?

The SPPB production mode is active and I have compressed the JS and CSS files in Helix.
