Good morning.

I have an existing Joomla website - although I have made no edits for years and have forgotten everything. I am now coming back to it.

I used FTP to rename "html_public" to "html_public_old" - hence temporarily losing my existing site.

I then used FTP to move all files from the Travelia QuickStart Package to "html_public". I have also created a brand new database.

According to your documentation, the next step is to Open your browser and navigate to your main domain (i.e. http://mydomain.com), or to the appropriate subdomain (i.e http://mydomain.com/new/), depending on where you have uploaded the Joomla installation package. You will be taken to the first screen of the Joomla Web Installer.

Unfortunately, when I navigate to my domain - I get a HTTP 500 Error Message - I do not get the first screen of a Joomla Web Installer.
