Sp page builder Component page not Loading

we started encountering this error "Unhandled Runtime Error
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'call')' after renewing our agency bundle and updating sp page builder. I am unable to access the sp page builder component pages, this is what comes up. here is a link to the screenshot of the problem. https://tinyurl.com/234muk5k
