SP Page Builder 1 year ago

Hi,

I had a strange error on some websites, but I don't know how and why. The website is working fine and a day, the website fall with this error in backend. See here : https://prnt.sc/Q3-VZAgskX-C

So I need to edit every menu items links to save them again, and works fine after that.

Any idea why?

Thanks L.

Hi Laurent, Thanks for reaching out to us. First, make sure to update SP Page Builder to the latest version if it’s not already updated. Next, ensure that your PHP version meets the technical requirements for SP Page Builder, as this can often resolve compatibility issues. After that, clear the Joomla cache to refresh the site and eliminate any lingering issues.

Finally, once these steps are completed, review the menu item links again to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

Let me know if you need further assistance!

Best regards,

Check if you have those folder:

  • administrator\components\com_sppagebuilder
  • components\com_sppagebuilder

If No, somebody has to uninstall that component.

If Yes, somebody has to disable component in Extensions Manager.

Joomla cannot do that alone.

Indeed. And so far you're the "first" case.

I'm not a genius, but this is not normal :-/

Everything is possible. Even a haunted site if there are haunted houses.

Ask Hosting Provider to recover site from yesterday or day before.
