Template Fixter Doesn't Work

Hello, I buy a License and download the Template Fixter. After installation Joomla shows an error. The file "en-GB.tpl_fixter.ini" is missing. ... Also the Colors are not changed if you use the Custom Style under Presets from the Template options. You have to use Custom CSS to do that.
The Bugs exists more then 2 Years. You can find Reports about this here in the Forum. Good Customer support is something different.

Accepted AnswerPlease go to this location:
language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_shaper_fixter.ini
and replace en-GB.tpl_shaper_fixter.ini file with the attached file. You need to unzip the file and then replace. This will fix the language string not found issue.
I have checked the template but have not found color preset issue. It works fine.
