Sp Pagebuilder does Not Work If Mod_security is Enabled

Hello Joomshaper team, I updated my website from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4
There was a problem, which is that the sppagebuilder does not save. When I click the save button, it keeps spinning and no success save..
But when I disable the security_mod, it works normally..
Is there a solution to make sppage builder work, while activating the security_mod? Because the website was previously exposed to security problems before migrating to Joomla 4
Other inforamtions: *The website works normally on another hosting account The following functions are not enabled, Do they have an effect for sppagbuilder: passthru, shellexec, system
Attached administrator access (hidden content) If needed.

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Your current hosting blocked to load resources of Page Builder by mod_security. That's why occurred the problem. You can disable the mod_security from your hosting.

I just want to know if there is any solution instead of disabling mod_security ? and another question: If mod_security disabled, are there any risks?
