How To Change The Color Of The Mobile 'Hamburger' Menu On Visualin Template

Hi, I have based my website on the Visualin template and all looks good, but the Mobile 'Hamburger' menu is very difficult to see on a phone. I have attached some screenshots, one in dark mode, one in light mode and one of the opened menu.
I am after the actual Menu symbol to be in plain White, and the opened menu, the selected page in plain white and the options in a purple colour (#B805A2)
How do I go about changing this.
