I used Navigation add on in SPPB. The problem faced is as follows: I have used 5 navigation items in a Page. 1 item when clicked should open the provided link in a new window. This is not happening when the scroll offset is enabled. How to achieve this with scroll offset enabled as the remaining 4 navigation items uses the scroll offset.
