Links Not Working In Navigation Menu Addon

Hello
I have a navigation menu addon for my page (hidden content). All links work except the REVIEWS link, that is supposed to navigate to a sub page (/reviews)...but for whatever reason it wont navigate to the link..
In DevTools > Console it's showing some jquery errors..have not idea if that is the cause or not. Im using SPPB 3.9.10 in J4
The strange thing is..if I create a new Navigation addon, all links work fine..

It appears that having the "Enable Scroll to" option enabled caused the issue..why would that be? When that option is enabled, you can only link to sections on the same page??
