Mobile Menu Links Suddenly do Not Work Anymore On All Sites!

PK

Helix Framework 3 months ago

Suddenly the mobile menu items do not work anymore on tablet portrait (since last update??). I already have reinstalled last Helix Ultimate template on one site but the problem still exists.

It does not work anymore on J 5.3.2 and J 4.4.13

Additional I can not save any changes in Helix Ultimate on 1 site: Error undefined.

Hi,

You're welcome:)

The "Error: undefined" when saving in Helix Ultimate often stems from interactions with server-side security features like mod_security or .htaccess files, or issues with the Advanced Compile SCSS to CSS feature.

Temporary disabling of these features, renaming the .htaccess file, or ensuring the Advanced Compile SCSS to CSS option is enabled (or disabled after development) may resolve the issue.

You may check the following conversation to see if it helps:

Hi Peter,

I have reported the same issue here: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/40239

No answer yet...

I hope this gets resolved soon, my clients are getting unhappy about their mobile page not being usable.

Best regards, Ben

Hi there!

Sorry for your experience.

Would you please clear your browser cache deeply? Your mobile menus are working just fine at my end. You may try a different browser or incognito mode either.

Best regards,

Hi Rashida, well, that is it. Strange, I already tried this on one site. Thank you!

Did you find something about 'Error undefined'?

Best regards

The undefined error was solved by added an exclusion in the firewall. It was working for years without that ....
