Helix Ultimate Error: Undefined

Hi

I'm using the joomla version 4.2.9 and Helix 2.012.

When I try to save the template I get the error

It won;t save and I get

error: undefined

I've checked if admin tools is blocking and also mod security.

HI David,

for sure it's locked somehow, otherwise nobody would be able to save changes.

Try that: Rename .htaccess file to txt.htaccess - for 3 minutes and recheck.

Thanks Frank, yes it is the server host mod security. It is so inconsistant, I have another 30 sites on the same server without any issues. It is a difficult situation because the host providers suggest mod-security is triggerred due to poor coding, always getting caught in the midlle of this wastes so much time.

same problem, dont know how to solve it. Cant save helux ultimate changes: error undefined! I renamed htaccess but then website is off. after renaming again still I cant save

@Martin

do you have enabled mod_security on your server, if yes, please disable for 5 min, and try to save settings again.

It may help.
