Setting Background Image In Helix Ultimate Results In An Undefined Error

Hi I am using Helix Ultimate V2.0.11 for a new site. I tried to set a background image this time - I usually select a colour. With the Repeat, Size, Attachment and Position parameters set, I tried to save the changes but got a message saying: "Error undefined." I saw someone had a similar error long ago, and the resolution was to deselect the "Compile SCSS to CSS" setting. It was deselected by default. Therefore it should not be the cause of the error. Any ideas? Regards, Francois

Dear Toufiq

It is like asking me to move to another house - no, my whole business has been settled at this host. I have numerous Joomla and Wordpress websites in perfect condition at this host - the best host I ever had. Faster than GoDaddy.

Joomshaper is losing customers because of things like these. You have good products in Helix and SPPB, but at the rate that you play the blame game instead of taking responsibility for your coding you will soon have no customers left. This is so sad man - you have a good thing going here, why mess it up?

Take care of yourself,

Francois

Dear Toufiq

Thank you for your reply. The credentials are below. The error occurred when I tried to set a background image to the Footer section on the template.

Take care,

Francois

Developer team said that, this issue occurred for the folder permission causes.

Hi Toufiq

Thank you for your reply. What I do not understand is that I never have to change any file permissions when building websites. Why now? Or have I misunderstood you now?

Hi Toufiq

Yes, but how does that help me if it works in your sandbox but not in the real world? I can never use that function on my more or less 30 websites.

Galactic SA is a fresh installation on the Linux webserver at a reputable host, running on PHP 8.0, and Joomla 4.2.2 (it was 4.2.1 when I started this conversation).

Helix should run in the above environment, not only in your internal sandbox.

Regards,

Francois
