Dropdown Menus Getting Cut Off

I've an issue with dropdown menus being cutoff on the side. How can I get the dropdown menus to display more to the left if there is not enough room on the right of the screen? Please see https://snipboard.io/8IKFjm.jpg to see what I mean

Reduce size of submenu window width, it can be done from Template Options > Menu settings. Around 40px less should help a little bit.
To fix more it request using Custom CSS.

Accepted AnswerI tried that. Unfortunately, this client has some fairly long submenu titles that make it look a little wonky. Is there a way to vary the width of the dropdowns to like an "auto" setting instead of a pixel width? This way I could put a narrower one on the end perhaps.
