Easystore V1.1.1gets A - No HTTP Response Received When We Try To Access Easystore Under Components To Add A Produc.

Using Easystore v1.1.1 in Joomla 5 when i go to components inside the adminstrative interface to open up easystore I get this response. No HTTP response received. Using helix ultimate template
on https://www.thinkingfarmgirl.com/index.php/shop three categories set up for the shop and the sticker section is not working.
