Hello Polana,

I apologize for the inconvenience. I noticed your site is not using SSL. Could you please ensure that you have a valid SSL certificate?

You can follow this article to enable SSL on your site: How to Enable SSL/HTTPS on a Joomla Site.

Thanks,

Edit:

Additionally, you can try disabling Hotspot for testing purposes. To further debug the issue, enable Joomla’s debug system and set Error Reporting to Maximum in the Global Configuration. This will help you identify the root cause of the problem.

Let me know if you need further assistance!

Hi, we do not have SSL certificate, because this component don't require it. Easy Store worked corerectly so far. Recenty something has changed not sure what - maybe https://compojoom.com/joomla-extensions/hotspots we installed only this.

We changed PHP 8.3 to 8.1, it dosen't change the situation. Operator doesn't provide changes for cURLs, can we do it in some file, like php.ini?

Hello,

Please check your php.ini for the following line: ;extension=curl.

If you find it, remove the semicolon (;) at the beginning to enable cURL, then save the file.

Also, ensure that your server allows HTTP/HTTPS requests, check your HTTP timeout limits, and verify that ModSecurity is disabled.

Thanks

Hello Polana,

I suggest you try running your site on your local PC using a XAMPP, WAMP OR MAMP server. If you encounter any issues there, please let us know, and I’ll be happy to assist you.

You can follow this article: Setup Joomla in Localhost

If no issues arise locally, then the problem is likely related to your hosting environment. In that case, please reach out to your hosting provider for further assistance.

This falls outside our support policy.

Thanks!
